Support
We offer survey creation support and consultation for companies wishing to outsource this service.

Online Documentation
Survey administrators have access to online documentation that explains how to create, build, modify, deploy, view results, notify respondents by email, clear, delete, and close surveys. Online tips are included on the online survey build pages to speed your survey build process instead of referring to the documentation.

Categories
Survey administrators can add unique categories for their account and align a group of questions to a specific category. The default category is * no category * meaning categories are not required. Categories are added using the survey administrators page. Upon adding a new question, you will be asked to choose a category. You can pick one of the existing categories from the drop down box or add a new category. Examples of categories are:

  • First Section
  • Second Section
  • Third Section
  • Optional
  • General
  • Comments
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Business Operations
  • R&D
  • Legal
  • Finance
  • Event logistics
  • Food
  • Accomodations
  • Presentations
  • Facilities

Categories group similar questions together to organize the layout of the survey. In order to use this feature, be sure to order questions so they corresond to a category. You may group catagories in more than one group by ordering questions. in the example boew, all items are a category.

  • Business Unit A
    1. Marketing
    2. Legal
    3. Business Operations

  • Business Unit B
    1. Marketing
    2. Legal
    3. Finance

  • Business Unit C

    2. Legal
    3. Communications, Process, Operations
    4. R&D

Making changes to questions
You can make changes to questions and multiple choice answers at any time. Please remember that after you deploy the survey, severe modifications to survey questions may alter the expected answers and invalidate existing collected answers. If making severe changes after deploying the survey and collecting answers, it would be best to clear the survey and start over with fresh data.
