Our services are affordably priced for small
organizations, medium businesses and larger corporate accounts. Our pricing is based on a
usage scale and derived by the number of completed surveys, also called responses. A
completed survey is a survey that has been submitted by a respondent.
Our services are for medium to small businesses, organizations, and institutions that need stratightforward hosted surveys
services at a reasonable cost. You just pay for the services you need without annual subscription agreements.

The maximum life of a survey is one year from date of survey creation.
The maximum number of questions per survey is 100. Call us for special pricing
regarding surveys with exceeding 100 questions and a one-year life cycle.
Pay for what you use
This offers flexibility and no long-term commitment with low pricing to satisfy an
immediate need. Responses are tallied at the time of survey close and an invoice is sent
based on the number of completed surveys (responses). The maximum active term of a survey
is three months.

Add a logo to brand survey pages
$30.00 per logo
Survey Branding
A logo may be added to your survey page by supplying a jpg image sized to 110 pixels
wide by 75 pixels high. The logo will appear on the "take a survey" and
"survey results" pages. The one time charge for adding a logo is $30 per
client account. A supplied image sized other than specified, may become distorted. Studio IQ
can resize the image and add an appropriate background color at an additional
charge. There is a maximum of one logo per client account. Clients can have multiple accounts.
