Access

Access is granted to
survey administrators and respondents under the control of access codes. Access
codes consist of a username and password. The username is the 4 character company
or organization code generated by the system. A survey that has been closed,
de-activated, or hidden cannot be accessed by respondents with the proper access
codes. This function of access is controlled by the survey administrator. |
Privacy Policy

We do not
release, sell, or distribute any client information. We do not share information
between client companies. All client and client survey information is treated as
confidential. |
Survey Results

Only the client survey administrators have the ability to view their set of survey
results. A set of survey results is defined as the group of survey created by a
specific company.
Client survey administrators can decide to share the results with the
respondents taking the survey using an online "Make Public" feature
enabling respondents to view the results in real time. This feature is useful
to communicate opinions, perceptions, and thoughts with the respondent community
in a real-time mode. Results are seen when the thought and purpose of the survey
is still fresh in their minds. All public results are shared only with that
specific client base.
